    I ordered this dress recently for an event. I got it custom sized and I have so many problems with my hip verses my waist size in clothes in general. This dress fit me perfect! They did an amazing job with the customization and the dress looked exactly like the picture. I was so nervous it wasn’t going to arrive to me on time so I sent multiple messages to their customer service email. They always responded within 24 hrs and let me know where they were throughout the process. The whole experience was amazing! I have been looking for a show stopper dress and they are so expensive and mainly made for thinner people. I am full figured and the price of this dress was almost equal with a normal dress off amazon and was customization perfectly as well. Thank you so much to your team you guys did an amazing job!

Our shipping methods include UPS, FedEx, DHL. In general, we will automatically select the most convenient shipping method to the target area.

Shipping Fee

We provide free shipping. If you need faster shipping, please contact us after checkout to pay the additional shipping cost.

Deliver Time

  • After you place order, it takes 2-7 days for us to produce your clothes, so we generally provide the shipping number within a week.
  • Usually you can receive the package in about 15 days. Due to the coronavirus, you may receive the package in about 20 days.

Refund Policy

  • For customized products, we provide an unconditional full refund before we start production. Returns are not available after production begins.
  • For regular products, you can initiate a refund within 24 hours.

How to Refund

  • 1: Within 24 hours of receipt of the package, if there are quality problems, please contact customer service to make a refund, the freight is paid by us.
  • 2: Please make sure that the packaging and product are not damaged, if it does not affect the re-sale, you can contact customer service to get our return address, and return the goods within the specified time, the return shippine fee is paid by the buyer.
  • 3: The refund method can be selected: DHL.UPS.FEDEX.TNT, or the local postal service for docking refunds and returns.
  • 4: If possible, you can keep the refund list and contact customer service, we will use PAYPAL or bank transfer to refund.
  • 5: If the product is not damaged or the package has not been opened, if the buyer does not want to buy or does not need it. You can contact customer service and process the return in any way, but the cost of the return is paid by the buyer.
